Before co-founding Net Partners, Mr. Appendino was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, working in media, publishing, retailing, and consumer marketing sectors. In these sectors, Mr. Appendino worked on strategic, M&A and operational improvement projects. During his five-year tenure at McKinsey, Mr. Appendino worked in Italy, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Spain. Mr. Appendino graduated from the Polytechnic of Turin with a degree in Electronics Engineering, and received an MBA from INSEAD.

Before co-founding Net-Partners, Mr. Boni was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. During his four-year tenure at McKinsey, he specialized in the retailing, textiles, luxury goods and energy sectors. He worked on strategic, M&A, and operational improvement projects in Italy, Brazil, India, the United States and France. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Boni spent two years at L'Air Liquide in Paris and Lisbon heading a logistics team. Mr. Boni graduated from the Bocconi University of Milan with a degree in Business Economics, and obtained an MBA from INSEAD.

Prior to joining Net Partners in September 2001, François Tison spent two years at Europ@web, the internet investment company founded by Bernard Arnault, where he was Senior Vice-President in charge of investments, working on a number of projects including Libertysurf and Zebank. In 1998-1999, he was an Associate Director in the Technology Investment Banking group at Japanese investment bank Nomura, focusing on private equity investment in the electronics, telecom and internet sectors. From 1990 to 1997, he held a number of strategic planning and international business development positions at France Telecom in Paris and New York. M. Tison holds an M.Eng. (diplôme d'ingénieur) in telecommunications from the ENST in Brest, and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.

Before joining Net Partners, Diana was a Senior Advisor at Lazard Investment Banking. In Lazard she was part of the Telecom, Media & Technology team and primarily worked on M&A transactions and Initial Public Offerings. Prior to Lazard, Diana spent 4 years at ATKearney in Milan and London, working mainly in the consumer goods and automotive industries, on strategic and operational improvement projects. She graduated from the University of Rome with a degree in Engineering, and received an MBA from LUISS of Rome.
